Out & Back Curbside Service – Terms of Service

Out & Back provides residential curbside garbage and recycling bin set-out and return services for customers located within our service areas.

By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

Out & Back moves customer garbage and recycling bins from their property to the curb prior to municipal collection and returns them after pickup.

Out & Back does not collect, transport, or dispose of waste. Municipal collection remains the responsibility of the local waste management authority.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate address information

  • Ensure bins are accessible on scheduled service days

  • Keep pathways to bins reasonably clear of obstacles

  • Follow municipal waste rules regarding acceptable materials

If bins are not accessible, service may not be completed that day.

3. Service Schedule

Service is performed based on municipal waste collection schedules.
Pickup times may vary due to weather, holidays, municipal schedule changes, or operational factors.

Out & Back does not guarantee exact service times.

4. Missed Service

If a service is missed due to an operational error, Out & Back will attempt to correct the issue as soon as reasonably possible.

Missed service due to:

  • blocked access

  • bins not placed in the designated location

  • unsafe conditions

may not be eligible for correction.

5. Weather and Safety

For safety reasons, service may be delayed during severe weather conditions including:

  • heavy snow

  • ice

  • extreme temperatures

  • hazardous road conditions

6. Limitation of Liability

Out & Back is not responsible for:

  • municipal garbage pickup delays

  • damage caused by municipal waste trucks

  • items left outside of bins

  • improperly loaded bins

  • damage caused by snowplows

  • damage caused by wildlife

7. Service Area

Service is available only in designated areas. Out & Back reserves the right to decline or discontinue service outside approved service zones.

8. Agreement

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
