Out & Back operates on a monthly subscription basis.

Billing

Customers are billed automatically each month using the payment method provided during signup.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Cancellations submitted after a billing cycle begins will remain active until the end of the current service period.

Refunds

Due to the nature of recurring service scheduling, partial refunds are generally not provided once a billing cycle has begun.

Service Changes

Customers who move or need to update service details should contact Out & Back to determine if service is available at the new address.
